>This is an outline of our 2012 USS Gregory reunion
Charleston SC from April 22nd to April 25th, 2012
Check in is April 22, 2012 at BEST WESTERN PLUS Charleston Downtown,
146 Lockwood drive (Blvd), Charleston SC.
I am informed that there are numerous shuttles from the airport that will get you to the motel.

The cost is 109.00 + taxes.
Monday, April 23
We will board busses for a tour of Old Town Charleston, a stop for lunch and then proceed to Magnolia Plantation which is the oldest plantation in the area. This includes a walk through the Magnolia Gardens then board the Nature Train for a ride through the Audubon Swamp Garden where you will view nature at its best.
Tuesday, April 24
We will again board the busses for a ride to Patriot Park where we will board a boat for a ride to Fort Sumpter. We will have a guided tour and then back to the busses for a ride to the H. L. Hunley Museum where
When we get back to the motel you will have time to freshen up and have dinner and at 7:00 PM we will have the ships meeting.
Wednesday, April 25
Will be a free day to do as you will. There are an infinite number of things to do and see. There is Patriots Point where you can visit the carrier Yorktown among other ships. There is Museum Row other plantations, etc.
The banquet will be at 7:00 PM. Bring an appitite. Menu is as follows.
LowCountry Boil: Mini Corn on the Cob. Smoked Sausage, Potatoes,
Fresh Shrimp and Seasonings, Served with Cocktail Sauce
Butter and Sour Cream.
Sliced Beef with Black Pepper Horseradish Sauce and Dijon Mayo
Cranberry-Almond Rice

Assorted Bread Basket
Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream
